Constitution

FERMA is governed by the General Assembly composed of all Associations members who meet once a year to implement the objectives of the Federation.

The Federation is administered by a Board of Directors who elect from its members a Chairman, Vice-chairman, Secretary General and Treasurer who form a restricted Board. The Board meets as necessary to address the requirements of the interests of the Federation.

FERMA office under supervision of the Executive Manager is based in Brussels.
